Where a disposition at undervalue or gift is taking place in accordance with the conditions of a mortgage offer, which may be subject to sections 98 and 99 of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016 and a lender requires cover.
Where a disposition at undervalue or gift is taking place or has taken place, which may be subject to sections 98 and 99 of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016 and a lender and/or third party buyers require cover.
Where provision of some or all of the contracted deposit is by a director of the company purchasing, and the Transfer of the property may subsequently be subject to the provisions of the Insolvency Act, and the lender requires cover.
