Terms and conditions

General

  1. The prize draw will run between 9am Tuesday 1 September and 11.59pm Wednesday 30 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
  2. To be considered as an eligible entrant for the draw, you must:
    1. be either an individual solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive, or another individual acting under the supervision of a solicitor;
    2. enter using a valid work email address e.g. johnsmith@examplefirm.co.uk. Generic or team email addresses including but not limited to info@, team1@, admin@ and accounts@ will not be eligible. Personal email addresses such as gmail.com and icloud.com will also be ineligible;
    3. have obtained at least one legal indemnity quote from Isis Conveyancing Insurance Specialists since 1 September 2023.
  3. No purchase is necessary to enter the draw; all you have to do is submit your name, valid work email address, phone number and the name of the firm that you work for via the online form. All entries without full contact details and a valid email address will be considered ineligible.
  4. You may enter the draw only once.
  5. Employees (or members of the families or households of employees) of Isis Conveyancing Insurance Specialists are not eligible to enter.
  6. The name and email address of the winner will be supplied to Trailfinders solely for the purpose of ensuring that the prize is successfully delivered to the prize winner. A copy of our privacy policy, containing full details of how we use and look after your personal information, is available at https://isis-icon.co.uk/privacy-policy.

The prize

  1. The prize is a £5,000 digital gift card for Trailfinders. The prize is supplied by Trailfinders directly and subject to their terms and conditions. Please refer to https://www.trailfinders.com/giftcards#/ for more information.
  2. The prize does not include travel to and from a departure airport, airport parking, travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure, or any other costs not eligible to be redeemed directly through Trailfinders Ltd using the Trailfinders gift card. It is the prize winner’s responsibility to ensure that they and all members of their travelling party hold a valid passport, arrange the necessary travel documentation/visas, have travel insurance, obtain any necessary vaccinations and meet any health or other requirements necessary for travel to the country/countries that they choose to visit.
  3. The winner is responsible for contacting Trailfinders to redeem their prize and make the necessary arrangements.
  4. The draw itself will take place on Thursday 1 October. The winner will be drawn at random using an online random number generator to determine the winning entry, from all the eligible entries sent in within the specified prize draw dates.
  5. The winner will be notified by telephone as soon as possible after the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days of the first contact attempt, or if they are unable to accept the prize, Isis Conveyancing Insurance Specialists reserves the right to draw another name from the eligible entries submitted before the closing date.
  6. The winner will receive emailed confirmation after telephone contact has been made. The email will contain full details of the prize, including when and how it will be delivered.
  7. The prize is subject to availability. Trailfinders and Isis Conveyancing Insurance Specialists cannot be held responsible for the unforeseen unavailability of any part of the prize.
  8. The prize may not be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash and there is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated.
  9. The name of the prize winner can be obtained on request by writing to The Marketing Manager, Isis Conveyancing Insurance Specialists Ltd, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY within three months of the closing date of the prize draw. Isis Conveyancing Insurance Specialists will also publish the name of the winner on its website, isis-icon.co.uk.
