Payment options

ICON offers you the choice of two different ways to pay, either by monthly account or individual policy. Within each of these options, you can also choose to pay by electronic transfer (BACS/CHAPS) or cheque.

By monthly account

This payment option is designed for those firms paying for a number of policies on ICON each month. In order to streamline the payment process your firm will simply send us one single payment each month, for all policies ordered.

By individual policy

This payment option is designed for firms who wish to pay for each policy on an individual basis.

Changing your firm’s payment terms

The first person to register your firm will select one of the above options. If your firm has already registered and you wish to change the way your firm pays, please call the ICON helpdesk on 01603 216006 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm).
